Visitors Profile
The Philoxenia-Hotelia Exhibition is primarily aimed at tourism and hotel equipment professionals, who can visit it throughout its duration. Additionally, on the third day of its operation, it opens its doors to the interested public.
Visitors have free access to all the events organized: presentations, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
It can be visited by:

- General Public
Visitors have also free access to all events of the organization: presentations, conferences, workshops, culinary events.
Admission
Entrance is permitted to trade visitors as well as to the public. To ensure your easy pass in the fairgrounds choose one of the following guidelines.
- Online registration through the exhibition website.
- On-site registration via our info centers in the exhibition entrances (Pavilions 12, 13 & 15).
- With the demonstration of your digital or printed invitation.
- For the general public, as well as for visitors without an invitation, entry is with a ticket costing 5 euros (€), on Friday, 15/11 from noon onwards and on Saturday, 16/11.

Parking
Vehicles enter the Exhibition Center from the Gate located on Egnatia Street. Free parking spaces will be available both for exhibitors and visitors, as directed by the gatekeepers.
Meanwhile, we inform our customers that HELEXPO owns two paid parking lots for short-term or long-term use. For more information click here.
